1. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or our digital business cards: name, email address and message, where applicable. Technical and usage information may also be collected, such as device and browser type, session data, interactions with the site and approximate location.

2. How we use it

This data is used solely to respond to your request or continue the professional exchange you requested. When you request a business card, the cardholder receives your contact details and Google processes the email delivery. This data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Technical data is used to measure use of the site, improve its operation and prevent automated or abusive submissions.

3. Retention

Your data is retained in the relevant email accounts for as long as needed to handle your request or follow up on the professional relationship, and is deleted when it is no longer needed. To secure and reliably process business-card exchanges, a random identifier, a pseudonymized fingerprint of the request and delivery status may be stored temporarily and progressively deleted once it is more than seven days old. Usage data is retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@bkbx.io. We respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies, analytics and local storage

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and interactions. This service may use first-party cookies and process technical information such as session data, device and browser type and approximate location. The site also uses local or session storage to remember certain preferences and, on digital business cards, whether a form was dismissed or an exchange was completed.

When you submit a digital business-card form, Google reCAPTCHA is loaded to prevent fraud and abuse. Google's processing is governed by its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can control or delete cookies and local data through your browser settings.
