We start by looking at what your teams already have in-house. Most companies already have access to AI tools (in their office suite, their CRM, their existing licenses) without always knowing how to use them day to day. We start there: from your context, your tools, and the way your teams actually work.
Training runs as small-group workshops built around your concrete cases. We first show teams what exists and what's feasible, then move into practice: building agents, framing requests well (prompting), drawing on the data already present in your tools. Everyone applies AI to their own day-to-day tasks and leaves with habits they can use right away.
The goal is simple: for your teams to become autonomous as quickly as possible. We help them take a concrete first step toward AI, build their confidence, and we stay available while the right habits take hold in the team's daily work.
